People noticed someone floating in the water, desperately seeking help as they were on the brink of being submerged by the sea. Rescuers swiftly jumped into the water to aid the individual. Jetski arrived on the scene, surrounding the area, and successfully brought the person safely to shore.
One eyewitness noted: “Waves engulfed everything. The entire scene was filled with mud and sand swirling about. Due to the complete lack of visibility horizontally, if you tried to gaze at the sea level, it was almost impossible to discern it.”
Just a few minutes before the arrival of the rescue, a man started drowning. Coincidentally, the rescue team was training nearby, and they quickly noticed him and conducted an emergency rescue, preventing a drowning accident.
