In today’s episode, we have a story that happened during the Spring Festival holiday; a netizen complained about buying a Dongshan duck head in Kenting, stating that even though the portion wasn’t large, the bill came to 700 NT dollars. Moreover, the food was fried until overly dry, causing mouth injuries, which frustrated him enough to throw the whole package away. After the post was shared, netizens exclaimed, “That’s way too expensive,” and “Only the brave spend in Kenting!”
The original poster shared photos on the Facebook group “Explosive Public Society II” today (13th) ●【爆料公社二社】●, showing the food’s dark color, looking somewhat like charcoal due to being over-fried. The original poster lamented that upon visiting this Dongshan duck head shop on Kenting Main Street on the second day of the Lunar New Year, the total bill was 700 NT dollars, which was shocking given the small portion size. The food was so dry that it broke their mouth, leading to increasing frustration and eventually discarding the food, hoping “there won’t be another victim!”
