aiwan Water Corporation stated that in recent years, domestic tourism has flourished, with Hengchun and Kenting being popular tourist destinations during the summer vacation.
To meet the water demand during the peak tourist season in Hengchun, Kenting, and Erluanbi, and to enhance regional water supply stability, Taiwan Water Corporation is actively carrying out the “Xiqian Bridge 溪墘橋 (South Side) Reconstruction Project and Shiniu River Bridge Water Pipeline Connection Project,” resulting in a 23-hour water outage.
During the water outage period, Taiwan Water Corporation will prepare water trucks and provide free water supply services to meet the needs of the affected residents.
Users within the water outage area are encouraged to make proper use of the service and conserve water, and prepare an adequate water supply in advance.

The areas affected by the water outage include the entire Hengchun Township, the entire Manzhou Township, Mudan Township (Sìlín Village), and Checheng Township (Baoli Village, Tongpu Village), with a 23-hour water interruption.
However, the water supply restoration in some areas may be extended: Xianglin Village and Changle Village in Manzhou Township will resume regular water supply by 6 p.m. on June 15th, and Hutou Tribe in Silin Village, Mudan Township, will resume regular water supply by 10 p.m. on June 15th.
